Our aim is to work with the best vegetables from passionate farmers, fish from sustainable fisheries and meat from local producers. With these high-quality products, we hope to entertain our guests with innovative and ethical cuisine. The menu changes daily according to the season and the availability of local produce.

As in our kitchen, with our wines we aim to offer products that are pure and natural. Our wines originate for the most part from small local producers that don't intervene in the cultivation process and work with much care for the grapes and land. Most of our wines are produced in California, but we have a small selection of Mexican and Argentinian wines. Our cellar offers about 300 different labels.
